October 2010 Visa Bulletin

Employment Based Categories

EB-1: Remains current in all categories
EB-2: Advancing 2 weeks for India and China, still in May 2006
EB-3: Advancing 3 weeks for most countries, Mexico becomes available again
EB-3: Other Workers: No movement except for two week advance for China
EB-4: Remains current in all categories
EB-5: Remains current in all categories

Family Based Categories

FB-1: Slight advancement in all categories

FB-2A: "Worldwide" advances from January 2010 to April 2010, Mexico advances a year to January 2010

FB-2B: "Worldwide" advances from January 2005 to April 2005, Mexico advances only a week to 22 June 1992, the Philippines advances a month to September 2002

FB-3: Most countries advance two months to May 2002, Mexico moves up six months to October 1992. The Philippines advances two months to March 1995

FB-4: Most countries advance six weeks to December 2001, Mexico advances almost two years to December 1995, Philippines advances four months to April 1991
