They only get to discussing immigration around the 8 minute mark and the impression I get from Ankur Jain is that his organization has not made the creation of a start-up visa a priority. Notably, Sarah Lacey, a Silicon Valley vet clearly understands that our start-ups need more help from overseas and current immigration law is lacking in this regard.
